Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the Referral Programme (“Programme”) run by
Ronin Group Migration (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). The Programme rewards individuals
(“Referrers”) for referring potential clients (“Referred Persons”) who successfully register and avail
our eligible visa or immigration services.

By submitting any referral through the official Referral Google Form, the Referrer agrees
to these T&C in full.

2. How the Programme Works

Referrers must submit referral details (their own and the referred person’s name, phone number, and email ID) through the official Google Form provided by the Company.
The referred person must be a new client — not already registered, enquired, or in contact with us before the referral submission.
If the referred person avails a paid service and completes full payment, the Referrer becomes eligible for a Referral Reward.
All referrals are manually verified by our team using internal records and timestamps from the Google Form.
In case multiple people refer the same person, the first valid referral submission (based on timestamp) will be considered eligible.

3. Eligibility Criteria

The Referrer must be an individual aged 18 years or above.
Self-referrals or referrals of immediate family members of the RGM (Ronin Group Migration) employee (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible unless explicitly approved in writing.
The referred person must provide matching contact details as per the referral form submission.
The Referred Person must complete full payment and not cancel or request refund.
Employees, associates, agents, or vendors of Ronin Group Migration cannot participate unless pre-approved.

4. Referral Reward Structure

Rewards will depend on the type and value of service purchased by the referred client.

Service Purchased	Reward to Referrer
SOP Service / Student Visa	₹500 / ₹2,000
Tourist or Visitor Visa	₹750 / ₹1,500
Work Visa / PR – Immigration Package	₹2,000 / ₹3,000

Rewards paid within 7 working days after verification and client payment completion.
Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved method.
All rewards subject to tax under Indian law; Referrer is responsible for declaration.

5. Verification & Approval

The Company reserves the right to verify all details in the referral form.
Only entries received before client’s first enquiry are valid.
Duplicate, false, or incomplete referrals will be disqualified.
Company’s decision regarding eligibility, payment, and disputes shall be final and binding.

6. Exclusions & Disqualification

Referrals for people already in contact with our team are not eligible.
False submissions or fabricated contacts will result in permanent disqualification.
Any misuse or unethical promotion leads to blacklisting and forfeiture of rewards.

7. Programme Validity & Changes

The Referral Programme is ongoing until further notice. Ronin Group Migration reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Programme at any time without prior notice.

8. Payment & Taxes

Rewards are calculated only on confirmed, paid clients. If a client cancels or requests a refund, the reward will be revoked or deducted from future payouts.

9. Privacy & Data Use

By submitting referrals, the Referrer confirms they have obtained consent from the Referred Person to share their contact details. Data collected is used solely for referral verification and payout processing and handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Ronin Group Migration’s responsibility is limited strictly to paying eligible rewards. We do not guarantee visa approval or service outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss from participation in this Programme.

11. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Acceptance

By submitting a referral, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Your information is accurate and submitted in good faith.
False or duplicate submissions may result in disqualification or legal action.

Please Note (Recommended)

Limit per month: Each Referrer can receive up to 10 rewards per calendar month.
Referral validity: Each referral remains valid for 60 days from submission.
Form-only rule: Only referrals via official Google Form count; verbal or WhatsApp referrals are invalid.
Dispute clause: Company’s management decision is final in all disputes.
