We provide consultancy and assistance for:

- Overseas job and employer liaison for eligible roles
- Study-abroad guidance and document assistance
- Document checking, translations coordination and interview coaching
We act as a consultant and facilitator only. Decisions on visas, permits, and admissions are made by the relevant government or institutional authorities and are outside our control.
2. Client obligations
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
- You must respond promptly to our requests for information required to process your case.
- You must pay any agreed fees and third-party charges (embassy, courier, translation, etc.).
Delays or rejections caused by incomplete or false information are the client’s responsibility.
3. Fees, payment & refunds
- Service fees will be communicated before work begins and must be paid as agreed.
- Third-party charges (government fees, courier, testing) are not included unless stated.
- Fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
4. No guarantees
While we use our professional experience to assist you, we do not guarantee any specific outcome (approval, visa grant, or placement). Authorities may refuse or delay cases for reasons beyond our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees you have paid us for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
6. Confidentiality & data
We treat client data confidentially and only share it when necessary to perform services (for example, with embassies or trusted service partners). See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, forms and templates) is the property of Ronin Group Migration unless stated otherwise. You may use material provided to you for your application only; any wider reuse requires our written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- You provide false information or fraudulent documents;
- You fail to pay agreed fees;
- You act abusively or interfere with our operations.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for work already performed.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
